Our services
Resident-centred care
- All residents have access to their own GP, and we also have a chiropodist that visits 5-6 times weekly, an optician that visit annually or as needed.
- All care plans are written for the individual needs and are person-centred. The plans are reviewed on a monthly basis or when theres a change to the resident’s needs.
- We encourage family to be involved in the care plans and review twice a year. We also encourage residents to bring in their own furniture to make their room comfortable and homely. All our beds are fully profile.
Residential care
Living on your own can be difficult and lonely. Our home and environment is designed to make you feel safe, comfortable and amongst the company of those who understand your needs and requirements. The home is built on three levels, with a lift facility, enabling easy access and navigation to all other facilities available. It also provides accommodation for up to 21 residents, with accompanying friendly and qualified staff – ensuring that you never alone at any time of day. Our open-door policy welcomes all guests and families to make sure you feel more at home.

This short term care option is made up of a range of services that will help you to get home after a hospital stay, or to prevent a hospital admission. An average stay lasts from 14 to 21 days. All patients will be assessed by the therapy team within a few days of admission, and then goals will be discussed and an individual therapy plan put in place.
